Accessibility Statement

Last updated March 2026

Optimal Reality LLC (“Verilex Data”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more accessible and user-friendly for everyone.

Measures taken

  • Semantic HTML — Our pages use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA labels where appropriate.
  • Keyboard navigation — All interactive elements (buttons, links, forms, dropdown menus) are accessible via keyboard. Focus indicators are visible.
  • Color contrast — Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratio requirements (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
  • Responsive design — The site adapts to screen sizes from mobile (320px) to large desktop. Content reflows without horizontal scrolling up to 400% zoom.
  • Alternative text — Images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked accordingly.
  • Form labels — All form inputs are associated with visible labels. Required fields are clearly indicated.
  • Skip navigation — A “Skip to main content” link is available for keyboard users.
  • No auto-play media — We do not use auto-playing audio or video that cannot be paused.

API accessibility

Our REST APIs return structured JSON responses that are compatible with assistive technologies and screen readers when consumed through accessible client applications. API documentation uses proper heading structure and code block formatting for screen reader compatibility.

Known limitations

  • Canvas animations — Some pages use decorative canvas animations that are not accessible to screen readers. These are purely decorative and convey no information.
  • Scalar API reference — The embedded Scalar API documentation component is a third-party tool. We monitor its accessibility and provide alternative documentation in our static docs pages.
